What amount of vegetables should you start with when introducing them to your bird's diet?

When introducing vegetables to your bird's diet, what portion size should you start with to avoid upsetting their stomachs? I know the exact amount would vary from bird to bird, but is it best to start with, for example, a ¼ of their full final serving size? Thank you in advance!

Each bird is different. My amazon salty, got a full portion of a 16 ingredient chop available to him as a dinner meal. At first he picked out favorites but over time he eats quite a few of them. Example - last nite he was chowwing down on a chunk of Brussel sprout.
