Hi
I have a Pineapple gcc I went to a bird breeder he told me that I have a yellowSided pineapple conure?
Is that another name for that colour?
Iv attached a picture,

He looks like a normal pineapple green cheek conure to me. I'm sure another member will come along shortly and confirm. He sure is cute though.

Yellow sided is a pinapple but with more yellow I think. Not sure the color morphs are getting out of control who can keep up anymore.

Pineapples beak is darker and more green is retained.
So I'm led to believe.

Mine is a yellow sided. Shes very green with a peach, yellow, orange and red belly and yellow under her wings.

I'm not an expert, but from what I understand a pineapple conure is actually two mutations -- cinnamon and yellow sided. Which is to say yellow sided pineapple sounds a little redundant to me, unless they're saying the 'yellow sided mutation' is stronger/more apparent for some reason >w>
