Wing Dropping And Tail Lowered

My Quaker Parrot Joe is lowering his wings also his tail, i also noticed that his feet are cold while they are usualy warm. Is he sick?

I see that he isn't eating as usual also drinking, behavior is normal when we are around but a little bit shacky.

Do you have an avian vet? I have a Quaker and our Cleo has never done this. Her feet are usually quite toasty. If it were me, I would make a trip to the vet or at least a call. I hope everything is ok....

Abnormal behavior such as that should warrant an immediate vet trip. Are you sure he's a male?
