To young to start talking?

Echo ~ TAG DNA male

Jasper ~ U2 DNA male
Jasper is 17 weeks old and seems to be copying words already. My TAG echo was almost a year old before he said is first word so was not expecting to hear anything word wise for quite some time. However it sounds like Jasper is already saying both hi and night-night. At what age did your U2 start to say words?

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
I don't have a U2,but Smokey,my TAG was maybe 9 months old..I remember the day..I used to move Smokes house into the next bedroom for her to go nite-nite..my mom walked in one morning and took Smokeys house covers off..and Smokes piped up "HOW ARE YOU??" My mom almost did shoo-shoo in her pants lol.
