Re: I lost maggie tonight!!

Mark, I'm so glad baby Ruby gives you much love and joy that you needed. Of course that goes without saying Maggie is an individual who can't be replaced. We all understand.

It blows my mind when I stop to think how much pain you've endured in your live that you've shared with us, not just about Maggie, but other things you've been through as well. Pain that many of us can only imagine the depth of. Sure you've cried, broken down, maybe felt it hard to go on, etc. BUT you continued to go to work, get out of bed, go on with life because you had to.
What I'm meaning to say is that your immense strength is truly an inspiration to me Mark. Hugs, hang in there.

Re: I lost maggie tonight!!

I just found this thread and read all 116 pages. Even though I already knew the outcome from reading the last page first, I still read with bated breath, heart in my throat, cheering you on with every lead. I know that I'm late but I wanted to tell you how much I admire your strength and spirit. I hope your path to healing continues. You really deserve all the good in the world. Take good care of yourself and give my warmest regards to your flock.

Re: I lost maggie tonight!!

FWIW, I'll keep an eye out here in NorCal. I didn't read the entire thread. Does she have a microchip? It's a damn shame there isn't a "Find My Bird" app. Maybe someday a microchip will be able to do that.

Re: I lost maggie tonight!!

I know it's a long shot because of how much time has passed and Denton is over 300 miles from San Antonio, but this popped on my Facebook feed and I thought of Maggie. Another long shot but here it is.

Thanks for thinking of Mark and Maggie! Mark rarely visits, but I sent a PM; his profile indicates automatic email notification of a PM.
