Inger, I bet you know me well enough to predict that I, Queen of Paranoia, don't trust it.
That dang vinegar smell goes away pretty fast. I use plain ol' water for routine cleaning, maybe some lemon. For cleaning new cages/toys/etc., would you prefer a bleach dilution? Here's a source.
