Luckily she lives about ten minutes from where I work, so I'm just visiting every afternoon. It is only until Monday; this seemed like the least stressful option.
She has been beautifully behaved, except when it was time to go back in her cage (she did her best to stay on my hand). I would have kept her out longer, but it had already been over an hour and I needed to get home to Alcatraz. She is a much bigger bird, but was gentle with her beak. If I can find a way to do so without making a huge mess, she'll be getting some of Alcatraz's organic strawberries and cherries tomorrow. I've given up with Alcatraz; his rope perch is turning pink from his favorite fruits! Alcatraz will also be visiting tomorrow, although of course not in close contact.
