Hey everyone. I just checked in on my grandfathers canary, and I noticed his legs look sooo different from Kyo! I can actually see the veins right through them! Is this normal? I have absolutely no experience with them. He isn't lame on them at all, and he even stepped onto my finger and had good grip strength. Anyone have any experience with them?

It's been a long time since I had finches and canaries, but I seem to recall that yes, some you can see the veins on. "Clear legs" lol.

I'm with Julie on this one, some you can see the veins. It is nothing to be concerned about.

Thanks you two. I'm so glad I didn't just rush him to the vet lol that would have been embarrassing.
