I won't go back to the crummy bird store I usually buy things from, so I drove 35 minutes to the other bird store. this store is so much better. I had to buy more pellets for Willow, and only certain stores carry Pretty Bird.

In the back of my mind, I'm thinking....hmmmmm I wonder what birds they have in there?:54:

I saw a very beautiful lovebird(I think he's male) just over 3 months old, but not tame.
I stood there for the longest time, thinking, no I shouldn't, no I shouldn't!!....but I did.

I don't have a name for him yet, but Tie-Dye loves him!!

when I was putting him in the cage, I opened the top of it(it's a open-top) and put him in, not realizing I forgot to close the front door!!

out he flew, and seemed quite happy about it.oh boy....

well the two of them hit it off instantly, so they are both getting to know one another.

I would also like to know if anybody knows his mutation? I know he's a whiteface turquoise something....

Jealousy, thankfully, is an emotion I have rarely felt, I generally react by feeling happy for the other person, but in this instance, I think I AM jealous! Not only am I Tie-Dye's biggest fan, but this new boy is just as pretty in a less flashy way. I love them both. Names: Azure, Turq (for turquoise), Sky or Skye or Skies, Bluebell (if was a girl I'd say Bluebelle ), Heaven, Blue-Tye

he's super adorable! definitely a whiteface pied! turquoise pied is also the same thing. problem is, the parblue mutations have a few different names: aqua--dutchblue, turquoise--whiteface, seagreen--aquaturquoise lol
