myself geetanjali n i m from jaipur, India.
I have a cute indian ringneck parakeet named "Mittu" female parrot since last 7 months or so..but today only she suddenly died....i don't knw the exact reason....since few days she was'nt well.she lost almost half of her weight n she was suffering from mites or ringworm..n due to that she lost hairs from her head and n eyes..... !!!

Sorry about your loss....is there not a lot of avian vets in your area??? I think we've chatted with people around that area had a hard time locating a avian vet....
