I have a question about amount and how many
times need to prepare for them

I've always been under the impression that parrots don't need grit. Did a quick Google search and it's only doves and birds that eat seeds whole that need it.

Very true. Grit is definitely unnecessary for parrots. Bit of a persistent myth, that.

Parrots do not need grit, even though some individuals may eat grit if offered. It is a bad habit to get them into and there is absolutely no benefits to feeding them grit but some potential health consequences if they eat too much (crop impaction, bowel impaction etc...).

What you CAN safely offer your parrot is a cuttlebone or mineral block (one made specifically for parrots, not for other animals) to chew. Those are healthy for parrots and a good source of calcium and other minerals:) And many parrots do enjoy the grittiness of grinding up cuttlebones and mineral blocks with their beaks.
