Im a new mommy

I am a new parrot mommy!!! We just got our very first parrot and we are so excited. It is a brown head parrot. Just 11 weeks old. It is not even weaned yet so we haven't been able to bring it home. The anticipation is horrible but in the mean time I am reading every thing I possiblly can. I want to be the best human companion for our new family member. If anyone out there has any advice or tips for me I would appreciate all of them.
