Success!

So lately I have been able to get Teka to lay on his back pretty well, but he always holds on for dear life with his feet (as expected). I finally just got him to lay in my hands and he opened his claws and let my finger go. He just laid there very content, and for a while. Its not perfect yet because he was still holding his tail feathers. But still a very big step for us. It was a very exciting moment so I had to share. The last photo is and excited Teka right after his shower.

Thanks everyone! Each day continues to be more and more exciting. I need to start coming up with a lot more things to work with him on. There's no reason to stop now.

How wonderful! How did you start working with on that. I've had my Mio since New Year's Eve and he is really started to come out of his shell and I would love it if he did that.
