Not sure what your post means. But if you are asking what you can give your sunnie for calcium, generally a cuttlebone will serve that purpose.

Crushed egg shells, broccoli, dandelion, collard greens, turnip tops, mustard greens, kale, almonds, oats, cooked beans & peas, parsley and oranges are also good for calcium.

You can go with supplements if that's what works for you, but just as with humans it's better to get the vitamins, minerals and nutrients from 'natural sources' like Anansi suggested.
