I don't see any sense of adding "wing" in the name... just "cinnamon" is enough
Well, it only affects the stripes....

Just 'cinnamon' would suggest that the body is cinnamon colored

no, "cinnamon" doeasn't mean the color - it is the mutation name. The name "cinnamon" is because the black color is changed to brown, and the rest is a bit paler. And it is about ALL parrot species. And cinnamon is always recessive (at least I've never hard about dominate version)
