A quick question on the training awards

Recently I noticed black tips on Zenek's feathers on his wings and idk if it's possible that he's eating too many walnuts? He gets them literally only as awards for the training, nothing else Also, he doesn't get any other nuts nor sunflowers

How many walnuts is he getting? Pieces or large crushed fed in moderation shouldn't make that much difference. Check the rest of his diet. Hopefully others here can tell if this species related. Post pics to aid.

it's just small pieces, eating one walnut takes about 3 weeks
