Advice on Blow Dryer?

Now that the weather is cold. I need to blow dry my hair. I have no desire to blow dry my bird, but my master bathroom shares a wall with my office aka the bird room. I originally thought I would by a ceramic blow dryer but most of those have negative ionic which I know in air purifiers they are bad. So, is it the same with blow dryers? I did find this one listed below and think it may be my best bet but the price hurts my heart...LOL

I think I’d use my reasonably priced blow drier in my bathroom with the door shut, the exhaust fan on, and the bird outside.

Yep, I agree. Door closed and dont let it overheat. THats when heating elements give off the bad fumes.
