Hiiiii,
So i have done 6 weeks of uni!
Absolutely LOVING it... Health science is easy, paramedics is easy, human anatomy is easy, but ALOT to remember, and chemistry is ok, boring and a bit challenging, but i am getting through.. Got 80% on both my chemistry tests, so as long as i am passing haha
I did a 15 minute assignment on Acute Myocardial Infarctions, so let's just say i know basically everything you need to know about one, and if you ever have a heart attack, i can save you hahaha ^_^
Human anatomy we were learning about cells, and skin, and now we are learning all about the axial and apppendicular skeleton.. Really loving this topic, i have skeleton diagrams all over my desk and different sections of bones and ligaments! Fun stuff!
But you don't want to hear about study right haha
The good stuff?
Horsesssssss!!!
Kyros is Mister Fantastic like usual... He is perfect..
We have gone to a show or training session usually each weekend!
For those who don't know, Kyros hasn't done much his whole life, he never went to many shows, so the whole showing environment is new to both of us! I also found out recently that the last owner hardly even rode him, and got someone else to ride him once a week because he was too much to handle, because this rider found me on facebook, and then told me she couldn't believe how well he was doing..
Apparently she couldn't get him to jump high, and definitely not do cross country.. So she said we must have an incredible bond, and he must have so much trust in me!
Oh and 'He can't be ridden on roads, especially alone, it is too dangerous, he is scared of cars'
Kyros and i canter along the road each day, about 1-2km to get our fitness up for cross country.. Doesn't even blink twice at cars!
and lastly, Klaatu, my baby clydesdale cross, is now old enough to be ridden! He is INCREDIBLE, very very clever.. My mum thinks that him and I will go far.. Such a bright little boy, i honestly can't believe how much he has learnt in just 4 rides!
Pictures!!!
Firstly my three boys:
Kyros, Kitai, Klaatu
Next Kyros and i free jumping... When i got him i was told- He can't be jumped because he is too strong and goes stupid when he sees a jump and just bolts at it...
Yes.. He is so strong to jump.. haha

and then we have our one day event-
Showjumping day- Kyros is clearing 1.15m at home, but at comps we are doing 60-80cm, because we have never done comps before, so starting small !
