Aviator harness sizes?

I have a question for those out there that use the Aviator harness. How do you determine what size to actually get? The reason I ask is that I have a small one right now that fits on Maverick, the hawkhead. On the site, it also says that the small will fit a blue front amazon. (up to 420g) My blue front is around 370g, but honestly I don't see that small on fitting over his head! Heck, it's pretty tight to slide over Maverick's head. So I was thinking to just order the medium one for Mopar. But would it be too big on all the other aspects? What sizes do you all use and for what kind of bird?

A lot of overlap in the sizing, If you have a especially large amazon go for the medium. Lots of range in their sizes, maybe yours is especially large
