- We adopted a rescue 30 yr old Congo African Grey. He's a lovely boy and has become quite a companion. "Storm" came to live with us in July of 25'
So sorry for everyone's recent losses. I can only relate by remembering my losses over the years. I took a break, thought about adopting a older rescue. You see, I'm no Spring chicken either. Was able to find a great fit through "For the love of Birds" almost a year ago. Time heals but we can never forget.
