Hello! I was wondering if someone can link below or mention some good and affordable ($40-$50) bird carriers for a cockatiel!

I live in Canada, so it would be great if the links and websites ship to Canada

Are the dimensions of this carrier big enough for a cockatiel? (Is it tall enough and will his tail be fine?)

It says the dimensions of the large one are 18" x 9 "x 11", I think my tiel would fit in this one.

I found one which is 16” in L, 9.8” in W, and 11” in H for $42. will those dimensions work for my tiel? He is around 4-5 months old.

I'm pretty sure my son and his gf use one that size for their cockatiel! It works just fine for them for 4-hr road trips, and is easy to wrap up and keep warm outside in the winter on the way to the car

In a pinch, you can modify almost any small to medium plastic dog crate to accommodate a small bird like a tiel (drill or punch a hole to thread a perch through the side or back wall).
