We all do it. Typos. What are some funny typos you've done of your birds' names?

With me, I have: Vortex as Voritex. Redshift is Redsh*t, Charlie is Charie, and Yvons.... I often forget to capitalize his name. Yeah.

Not a bird, but...my parents went to church with an elderly man named "Lairy". He was actually born as Larry, but when he joined the military, someone put "Lairy" on a form somewhere. When he pointed out the mistake, they told him "If you want to get paid, that's your name now".

Rocky becomes Ricky. I thinks she aspires to be the next Rickeybird!
Elan becomes, God forbid, Elon!
Corona becomes Corina
It goes on and on because my fingers are bigger than my phone keys.

Not so much a typo, but a slip of the tongue. Ava’s name is somewhat similar to my human child’s name. I have already found myself going through the roll call of names when trying to tell Ava she’s a good bird. 🤦‍♀️

I did a typo very recently on a PF post that I giggle whenever I read it again but I cant remember where I posted it. I'll probably run into it again.

I remember my funny Typo! It was a text to someone explain8ng about how Cowbirds lay eggs in other birds' nests and other othe4 birds raised the baby Cowbirds. I accidentally tree

Oops. I accidently typed "Cowgirls" instead of "Cowbirds", as in "there are birds called Cowgirls that lay eggs in other birds' nests and make them raise their babies". I can't stop giggling every time I read it or even think about the image of those rough ridin' ladybirds with their spurs on hopping into nests, laying their eggs and flying off into the sunset!
