bishop's first day

well bishop came home last night he is not a yellow sided but he is a cinnamon green cheek. He woke up this morning ate a little he has not made that much noise i been talking to him and he comes close but if i move he runs away. now he is taking a nap

Well, be patient and give him time. He needs to get used to his new cage, and your home and everyone who lives there.

Keep talking to him, sing softly to him, and offer him treats from your hands.

Give Bishop a little time to settle in to his new surroundings... You will find after a couple of days he will be fine

What I did when I first got my conures was just sit in the room with them and play nature movies. My conures favorite movie is the planet earth series. Just give it time, he will like you soon enough.

I agree with everyone else, it just takes time~ don't be in a rush, he will be around for a long time!
