Bulk Parakeet Food: Experiences

Does anyone have advice for feeding a medium sized flock (10-15 budgies) high quality food without breaking the bank?
I currently feed a high quality seed mix, and water supplemented with small amounts of breeding supplement and iodine. I also occasionally add coconut oil or red palm oil to the seed once a week.
Suggestions on pellets that I could use (up to $2/pound)

Roudybush is really good, though might be a little more expensive, it comes out a little bit over $2/pound with the large size bag.
