Can birds have spicy mustard leaves?

This is the plant I am referring to. It's in the brassica family, so I'm guessing it's okay, but it is extremely spicy. I have it growing in the garden and don't want to give it to her unless it's definitely safe.

They are delicious in salad and apparently very good for you. Also they don't seem to have much of a problem with pests.

I have never fed my parrots mustard leaves. This is what chat gpt said. If your parrot actually eats leafy greens I am jealous. It’s tough because each individual parrot species has a little different dietary need on top of them being food critics.

I know I have had them before. Mixed with other plants carefully there is less need for any thing except a bit of food grade DE.
