Chip, look at you, all grown up and already graduating to a new aviary sized mansion! Darling photos, Julie! Fantastic set up! Wow, Mink is giving Chip a seriously icy welcome, I hope with a little time she'll warm up to him.
Thanks Allee

. I'm thinking Mink might be a little more excited about having company than she is letting on. Although right now she is only focusing on the fact that she has an intruder in "her" home!
Wow Chip I do like your mansion and Congrats on moving into your lovely new home...I do have to say though that Miss Elsa is none too pleased about your flatmate as she felt sure you were her toy boy and by the look of Mink it is obvious from her behaviour that she heard about the online shenannigans with Elsa(she must have been reading parrotforums or else Julie spilt the beans LoL
I adore Chip but little Mink is Gorgeous too...I also love their mansion...what is the name of the cage Julie? Its huge. Fab pics of the happy couple in their new home
Haha no Mary, I haven't told Mink anything about Elsa, and she hasn't been reading here either, I promise

. Mink is just naturally a little standoffish I think. I'll make sure I never mention Elsa... I don't want to cause any problems between Mink and Chip. After all, they have to share the duplex!
I got the cage at birdcages4less.com They don't sell name brand cages, it's only 'their' brand. It had some slightly bent places where it doesn't fit together perfectly, but it's not a huge deal. Same quality as you can expect anywhere unless you pay top dollar. Customer service was good, and shipment was fast. I got it a year ago when I got Mink.
What a lovely mansion, fit for King and Queen!! Hope the iciness melts away fast!
Furniture? What furniture? All that matters is ideal placement of the bird cages. Silly humans can stack their furniture to the ceiling!
Thank you Scott. You're right, with a 5' cage, who has any room for ideal furniture placement

. The birds think it's just fine

. I like where the cage is now. It's gets more light, and when the front door is open (there is a screen door) they can get some fresh air coming in.
wow Amy is slummin' it by chip and minks standards! nice setup!
Jim
Thank you Jim, it was a lot of fun setting it up!
