Cockatiel Sneezing

My cockatiel just finished a 7 day course of Cipro for prevention of aspiration pneumonia.
Iā€™ve noticed that heā€™s been sneezing occasionally since he finished the course of antibiotics.

The vet said that if you are concreted, you can continue the Cipro for another week, but itā€™s also fine to monitor him to see how heā€™s doing. So Iā€™ve been monitoring him.

My question isā€”when is sneezing normal and when is it a problem? Obviously, if he sneezes every hour, then thatā€™s a problem. If he has any sort of discharge, especially colored, then we have a problem.

But how about if he sneezes while preening? Or maybe a couple of times a day while not preening? Isnā€™t that normal?

Itā€™s just so hard to tell, and I feel Iā€™m psyching myself out and reading too much into things.

Any suggestions?

Sneezing every now and again isn't a problem and I wouldn't be concerned
