Continuous Regurgitation in 28 year old IRN

I need to ask about continuous regurgitation from my 28 year old IRN. I say continuous because since we have moved to Arizona, there seems to be no off-season. His favorite is, of course, mirror and bath ducky so that probably would be first to eliminate. True?

Yes. I would remove the exciting objects of affection first, knowing that the bird will likely choose another focus.

This started when you moved to Arizona. I wonder why? Have you thought about shortening your bird’s day?
