Looks like the "Parrot Police" in Colombia have taken things one step further in the war on drugs, training our fine feathered friends to be dope sniffing P-9's :11:, in actuality I think it was the drug trafficers that trained the birds to shout out an alarm when police were approaching........the poor parrots were taken into custody while the bad guys probably got away :31:

Poor thing. I can't believe the would use the poor thing for selfish and illegal reasons. Plus the condition of it looks like it wasn't well cared for.
