Speaking of boings, you should let us know when you get the thicker rope in! And we need to get in touch soon about those chunks of wood I need

Alright so it came in Thursday morning but I have not been able to hang it up until today! So here it is...not quite as long as I was thinking it would look so could have gone longer than 9ft!



The green cheeks rejected it but I stuck Loki on it and she didn't seem to mind it.

Your rope bongs and rope perches look to be better quality then the store bought ones.

I believe they are! I make every one by hand and all the metal pieces (including the wire) are stainless steel. I know the store bought ones have a tendency for the top end to fall down the wire. I haven't had that happen on any of mine yet- the ones I made for my flock are still going strong! [emoji41]

Have you been able to figure out how to make a rope perch to fit that swing of Kiwi's? He's almost chewed through the wood dowel and may soon chew it right out from under himself I think we definitely need to talk about this soon!

I have an idea, but I need to find the parts I'm thinking of -I have the larger ropes on the way though! They'll be here Tuesday-- 1" and 1.5" cotton [emoji41]

I use USPS First Class International; it'd probably only be $20-30 for shipping...but it depends in what you get and how much it weighs.

Just wanted to share what a wonderful custom perch Shirre made for Kiwi's cage swing out of 1.5" rope! It's really nice and fit perfectly

He loves it and says "thanks, but could you please leave me alone because I'm playing"
