The reasoning for Heart issues have varied over the years. Diet has long been high, but of late, Vets have been taking about lack of flight in the younger years.

The reasoning for Heart issues have varied over the years. Diet has long been high, but of late, Vets have been taking about lack of flight in the younger years.

Maybe it's in combination with breeding in captivating. Nameliss has aortic stenosis. Diagnosed at 4 yo w respiratory infection. That had to be from hatching. Lack of exercise can make issues worse. Nameliss isn't a flyer. She's a climber, runs and flaps. So thats what I have always been encouraging. (Mainly to keep her busy) She was dangerously sick a few months ago after over a decade x-ray showed aortic stenosis hadn't progressed.
