Ahoy there. ^^
My wife and bought a GCC yesterday, although you'd think he'd been here for years; he's 10 weeks old, and ridiculously tame. Unfortunately his cage supplier failed us on the day, so we've had to order from elsewhere, and bought a temporary cage until it arrives.
A couple of questions if I may:
1) He's a bit nippy sometimes, so we're just taking our fingers/hands away from him when that happens. As far as I've read, that's the right thing to do, but it never hurts to ask.
2) When we aren't in the room, he's a bit vocal - especially when he can hear us; he's silent when we are there. I assume the best thing to do is ignore him, and if I want to take him out, wait until he's been quiet for a while? That way, he shouldn't associate screaming with attention.
Anyhow, a picture of Aizen!
edit: Hum, the image won't stay in the post!
