Help! Is my parrot sick?

Jullie, Indian ringneck.
I've had my 4 month old indian ringneck parakeet, Julie, for just over a week now. I've noticed that he tends to sit with his head raised quite often and I'm starting to worry if it's a case of stargazing. He plays, eats and drinks well, and I think his droppings look normal (Pictures attached). Does anyone know if this looks like something to worry about? there are no avian vets in my area which is why I'm asking here.
My previous IRN passed away as a result of Newcastle's disease, he was asymptomatic until the very day he passed at 26 years. There is a newcastle's outbreak in the area so although Julie is an indoor parrot I still worry that things take a bad turn again. I'd really appreciate any help or advice.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Welcome to you and Julie, thanks for joining!! My deepest condolences for your loss of IRN to Newcastle's.

Julie's droppings appear normal and I'm not sufficiently familiar with IRNs to advise on behaviors. Can you upload video of head movements, might enable our more knowledgeable members to offer advice.

if whatever your previous bird had was contagious , it would have been best to wait longer, clean and replace e all porous objects.

I just can't handle the stress of trying to coach through and illness and save parrots right now. Each time I do, it feels like it's my very own baby. And rarely are the people im trying to help , appreciate my time and effort.

Yes it looks like something is wrong . Poops look ok, but since they are dried out, I can't tell you if there is less fecal matter than should be there, like if they are eating less. Or if they are poops less often because eating less.

Warmth, track weight, find a falcon veterinarian, or there are almost 95% of the time options for veterinarian care. As I have an international veterinarian , when ever I ask her if vet care is available she shows me it is, there is also consultation for veterinarian to CAV vets, sometimes you are able to direct do a virtual consultation . Tell us your location, we can guide from there

Thank you Scott and Laurasea, your input is very much appreciated. 💖
I'll be keeping your advice in mind.
He's eating and playing well and his poops have been very consistent ever since he joined us. (He previously was on an all seeds diet that I'm trying to change by slowly introducing fresh fruits and veggies to him), I attached another sample below.
The only symptoms that worried me were him looking up most of the time (video attached) and his quietness as he never made any noise by far.
Note that he is capable of having a normal posture whenever he wants to look at something or stare at someone which is confusing me.
I live in Baghdad, Iraq which is why I've had trouble finding experienced vets as most are mainly specialised in cats or dogs. My family and I have tried to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned before Julie's arrival however it doesn't mean to keep the possibility out of mind.
I'm sorry if I'm simply worrying too much, thank you for all help.

The poop does not look normal . The fecal matter is not formed. The urates are stringing. They should be smooth and creamy white. There should be no little bubbles like I think I see.

The bird looks to have a really large crop. It could have delayed emptying of crop. Possibly either bacterial over growth or yeast overgrowth.

Offer plain Greek yogurt. One teaspoon daily, check label for live active culture, one of tge culture should be acidophilus. Limit sugar foods like fruit, to only one serving a week. Feed as much veggies and leafy greens as you want. I would feed hot chili peppers, and other peppers daily.

Offer boiled egg, like a half if one with shell once or twice a week. Offer cooked legumes, lintel, quinoa. Offer sprouts.

That metal ring doesn't look safe. Msny metals contain zinc, zinc even just mouthed or lick can lead to chronic zinc toxicity .

See if you can find a falcon vet. The breeder must have some kind of vet resources. Something seems wrong. With large crop, star gazing and not normal poop.

Have a scale , weigh check your bird.
