help me figure out my birds gender???

that looks like a boy to me. How old are they? A younger bird can have their cere change colour (within reason) but the blue normally means a boy

This bird is over a year old, has it ever had a brown crusty cere?

Even adult birds cere changes, females have brown crusty cere, and get light blue ceres when out of breeding condition, while males have a deep blue cere, and get a purplish cere when out of breeding condition.
