Hi I've just bought a beautiful green cheek conure

Hi, I've just bought A green cheek conure, I'm just wanting some advise I've got rid of all my non stick all the candle plug in etc what else do I need do I just don't want to put him at risk I've changed my nonstick oven trays to glass, any advise would be greatly appreciated heres a photo of my gorgeous boy xx

WELCOME TO THE FORUM! What a beauty you have! The only other thing that comes to mind at the moment would be aresol cleaners. I am sure others will have more advice.

Welcome. You have a cute baby there. Check out this months them for Photo of the Month. #1 pic looks good enough for an entry. What is his name? Next is for cook ware is your self cleaning oven. Newer ones have a coating that is toxic to birds in self cleaning cycle. Any thing that says non stick, bread makers, curling irons, toaster, air fryer needs double checking. I'm lazy. I stick with cast iron and ceramic. Avoid the rest. I don't get brain strain. Is it or isn't it stafe about cook ware. Defintely no microwave popcorn in bag. Avocado, onions, chocolate, garlic, chocolate, artificial sweetener are strict food no's. There's more complete food listening here. Also get bird toys. I have an African Grey called Nameliss. Again welcome.

Hiya, thank you for replying to me, his name is Pops that's what I use to call my dad he passed away in July 2024, I miss him so much I just miss his total unconditional love he had for me just for being me, so. I got pops to have that feeling of unconditional love again and it has I love him so much and he loves me just for being me, I can talk to him about anything (sorry probably sound nuts)
I love African greys there beautiful and so clever, I'm obsessed with buying him toys. He's here on my shoulder now , I think I've got rid of all the dangerous things, thank you for replying and it's lovely to meet you xx
