Hello, I like to run around my neighborhood looking for plants or seeds of useful stuff to grow. On my plant shelves I have things like dandelion, clover, yarrow, and wild violet. I want to look for which wild foods are bird safe, and will be doing research on it more in depth when I can, but for now I was wondering what y'all might already know of off the top of your head. Like, I hear chickweed, lamb's quarters, henbit, and deadnettle are all safe for chickens. Does anyone use wild plants with their birds? I know dandelion is safe, I plan on bringing tons of their seed home for sprouts as soon as the white flecks hit the air :).
