This might have been brought up already, but have you thought of the possibility that the person who might have found her doesn't speak very good English? Huuuuge Spanish-speaking population in this city. Perhaps having the flyers be in both languages might help. Also, getting the word out on Spanish websites/webpages.

Great point. I would definitely edit your CL ad to include a Spanish translated section as well. There are numerous CL ads for parrots around here that are only in Spanish. Spread the word in multiple languages! Who knows, Maggie may come back to you saying, "Hola!"
