I lost maggie tonight!!

I check Craigslist almost daily. Sometimes more than once. I pray one day she comes home too. I feel bad about the false leads too but id feel worse if we missed her for fear of posting a false lead.

I also think about Maggie all the time. I read recently that the feather pattern on a macaw's face is as unique as a fingerprint. I saw some photos of Maggie but I can't tell which are the best. If you would pick out a couple three photos, close us of her face, I would keep it online and print a copy to carry to compare to ever bird that shows up on Craigslist or Internet or whatever. Birds do move around, and somewhere is someone who knows someone who knows something.

This isnt a bad idea. birds do end up in the strangest places.

I have family in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and I have them searching ads and what not. I told them any big red birds, please let me know. Its worth a shot.

I've been gone for awhile now. Sorry. My life has kind of gotten away from me lately. And I've been down for awhile now.

Tonight I got BIG NEWS someone turned in a greenwing macaw tonight to animal control "that looks like it's been out there awhile." BAD NEWS: I can't go see her until Monday morning....

I told Sarah the other day, all I wanted for Christmas was my big red bird back...

But there will be someone at animal control feeding the animals ... I bet if you were over there with a flyer to put under the door or a bag of dog food, a human being would talk to you and maybe at least share a photo ...anyone who reads the story of Maggie will be moved by it. I'm going to burn a red and a green candle tonight to ask Papa Legbe to bring Maggie and you back together soon!
