I have no idea, I assume with his previous owner. Some of these behaviors can become stereotypic and they do them like an OCD person bites their nails. Fortunately Gizmo does this rarely and only to impress people.

I just used YouTube's audio recommendations for similar length and high energy and it fit well. I believe since it's copyrighted and ad-supported that Gizmo is getting hits for this band.

Hee, hee! Silly bird! I've seen my U2, Amigo do this spin for just two or three times on a branch but nothing like this!
