Had a rough morning.
Anyway Ta-dah went to 83 grams!!! I read a breeder blog that their females went to the 90s when carrying eggs. Sigh...
The normal range for GCC is.60-80 grams. Ta-dah has always been 74, except when sick dropped to 65.
O tried to check poop, they still not perfect earlier in the day, but still much improved from before. She has trashed her cage since paper change so will see tomorrow.
Everybody else seems fine. All I did today was enjoy their very sweet lovely selves, they were very snuggly just what I needed. Still on doxycycline.
Just for fun pic
As a funny story. I woke at 5 am, dark, let the dogs out it was foggy and light rain. My one butt head dog Alf didn't come back in. So I went out was following him calling his name. Alf, Alf, then I got mad and yelled Alfie! Turns out I was following an armadillo ! It jumped 3 feet in the air and screeched when I screamed. Took off in a mad dash , bounced off my well house wall and screamed into the night. It was so funny, tho I'm sorry to have spooked him! Turn around and Alfie was following me follow the armadillo! Of course he dashed off , cuz he is a butt head and thinks that's funny! I lured him back inside with dog treats, he has me trained.
Really armadillo are awesome! And truly they jump so high when spooked, so I didn't exaggerate.

Last year I got see 3 babies following their mother, don't know what happened to the 4th. Truly fascinating animals. Always have 4 identical babies!
