Plucking birds!

This is Kim and Kanye we have had them for about a year now and for the last 3-4 months now we have noticed the birds aren’t getting along. One is getting bullied by the other plucking its feathers off and fighting all the time. Have attempted separation but they just want to go back to each other and then starts again. Any help would be appreciated. Birds not hand tame.

Sometimes separating them is best. Birds disagree for any number of reasons. Dominance, territory, social, even fear. If possible separate for a specific period of time. Place together and observe for triggers. It won't be easy. Sometimes like people it's just because. They are cute.
