Hi everyone,
My one year old Quaker is not preening her tail feathers. This is her first full body molt and she is preening all her other feathers. They fall out every now and then and every time they grow back they come out in all directions. I have had her checked and she has nothing like mites or worms or anything and her tail feathers is not hurting her at all it just look bad.
Is there a way to encourage her to preen her tail in any way? Any suggestions?
