Regarding my post 2 above... When he has them seasonally, he sells them retail as hand feds for 2,999. <-- looks so much better than saying $3,000 LOL. I think his price has come down, they used to be even more it seems I remember.

they probably can't be imported into Hawaii since you have to have a permit to find them. I hope I can see them when we're in Cali this summer 
Hahahha maybe someday. I think they're gorgeous. But I have so many birds already.
