Rehoming green parrotlet

Are there any bird (parrotlet) lovers looking to take in a 1 1/2 year old green parrotlet? His name is Matcha. I got him over a year ago in hopes that he would keep my other parrotlet company and overtime they have just grown to hate each other more and more everyday despite all my efforts and research :'( You can't force a bond. All this is doing is stressing them both out. He needs to go to a GREAT home with proof and I don't think he will do well with any other birds. Someone who will love him and spend time with him and take him out to different places sight seeing, etc. He is such a sweet boy, tame, but shy at first! He can't fly, but may learn to one day so he would have to travel in a carrier outdoors but okay to be free under close supervision in backyards. Also, he gets spooked very easily and flies off your shoulder if scared so I need someone who is willing to treat him delicately. I am asking for a VERY low rehoming fee and willing to negotiate and he comes with his cage!
