Something wrong with my green cheeks beak

This is my first ever bird. There's this yellow stuff between my green cheeks cere and beak, someone please tell me if this a disease or something or if this is normal in parrots

I can't see the picture too well, sorry. And I have no experience with GCCs. But if you are worried, please take your bird to a vet.

normal... a veterinarian check would be a very good idea.
.has me wonder about diet? What he eat?
