Umbrella Cockatoo- 15? years old..I think?
Do not stop offering the formula but do offer other foods as well (while still feeding formula-- like, place the other food in bowls etc)-- you want to do abundance weaning, not forced. It is not good that you got these guys unweaned....there is no purpose and it doesn't improve your bond with the parrot long-term.. In many cases, it actually harms it.

I hope you have a thermometer and are keeping conditions sterile in terms of syringes etc...The temp needs to be VERY specific and conditions must be sanitary (for instance, if you touch the fridge handle and then start touching their mix etc, that's not a good idea unless it's all sanitized). Note-- household cleaners are toxic to parrots due to their very very sensitive respiratory systems--so you should not be using anything like lysol or windex or bleach to clean because most things that have a scent *and even those that do not, such as teflon/ptfe/pfoa/pfcs can be deadly*

What formula are you feeding?

Thank you I planned on it the pet store said that as long as he was eating he should be ok and Iā€™m gonna call a vet as soon as they open on Tuesday!

I have been keeping everything sterile and Iā€™ve been warming the water in my kettle so I wouldnā€™t have to worry as much about hotspots and keeping it from 104-110 as I was shown and instructed before I took him home they let me feed him once in store to make sure I was doing it right Iā€™m not sure what type of formula it is because they gave it to me in a plastic bag along with syringes heā€™s acting perfectly normal and Iā€™m gonna call the vet once they open Tuesday to schedule a check up to make extra sure the pet store did not have an exact hatch date but heā€™s about 8-9 weeks old and Iā€™ve been abundance weaning him Iā€™m gonna go through and read those links now thank you

Update tomorrow marks a week of refusing formula and eating pellets fine he?s still acting normal so I guess he just weaned himself faster than I was expecting and having never weaned a baby before I was concerned he?s about 10 weeks old as of this coming Monday and is a super sweet very happy little dude and now I know not to get a not fully weaned baby bird thank you to those that helped! He has a vet checkup scheduled for the 12th :) heā€™s currently in my lap trying really hard not to fall asleep
