Sun conure daily meals?

Just starting to wean my baby sun conure but havent found a food routine in terms of what to feed in the morning afternoon and night meal so just wanted some suggestions

I don't really have set meal times but I have, in general, "morning meal" and "evening meal".
In the morning I feed off a plate divided into a few sections: chop, larger chunks of vegetables, pellets, and sprouts, and right in the middle, a water bowl.
For my little birds - and I mean my budgies and parrotlet - I give them each a few pieces of fresh food (whether that be vegetables or herbs) around noon but I don't think you'll need that for a sun conure.
And then in the evening I just feed pellets.
