Thank you that's a good idea of having them take a picture with the date. After asking for the woman's address and saying I would take an early vacation to pick up the birds I haven't heard nothing from her. I'm so grateful for everyone in this forum. Everyone has great advice!

In time will find the right bird for a family. And I'm going to keep an eye out for these scammers and report them every time I see them.
 
I am so glad you didn't lose any money to these people...I always report the ones I find on our Kijiji as well, but they soon pop right up again:(

A rescue may be a perfect venue for you to find your perfect fit! Hopefully the one April linked above is close to you.

I did not know that you could drag a photo into a Google search. That is some good information to have.

I was searching for my area she just was posting to try to find a fool.

I have not heard from her since I asked for your address and phone number. I have reported it to Craigslist.
