Wheat free pellets?

This is not for the birds health, I know they can have it just fine.

I am severely gluten intolerant. I have been getting headaches after feeding the birds and playing with them. A friend pointed out that I had to switch the dog and cats over to wheat free. I never thought about the birds! But looking around I am not seeing anything. Any ideas?
