Who made this stainless steel cage?

Unable to identify beautiful bird cage. Likely over 10 years old, still pristine. The door latch is solid brass, all the rest is high grade stainless steel, one inch spacing. See the cage here (or attachments): http://www.flickr.com/photos/92028958@N02/8366972474/in/photostream.

I may be wrong, but I think it's old King's cage from around or before the turn of the century & I believe that particular latch was used in an article about heavy metal poisoning back about that time also.....

Whether that's the latch or not, the article is still floating around the internet, because I saw it again last summer.
